Every patient at Medlyn Hospital is entitled to safe, respectful and transparent care. This page sets out what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return.

- Information: a clear explanation of your condition, the proposed treatment, its benefits, risks and alternatives, in language you understand.
- Informed consent: no procedure or treatment without your consent, or the consent of your lawful representative, except in life-threatening emergencies.
