How long we keep website data
Appointment requests submitted through the website are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. You may ask us to delete your request earlier at any time.
Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023
- To know what personal data of yours we hold, and to receive a copy.
- To have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- To have your data erased when it is no longer needed for your care or required by law.
- To withdraw consent you have given, without affecting care already provided.
- To nominate a person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
